Weekly Book Round Up!
Hello! Welcome to my latest recap of my bookish happenings from the past week. Find out what I've been reading, buying, borrowing and reviewing below. Lots to talk about this week. I seem to be having all the luck with giveaways right now! I've also added an "up next" section to the bottom of my round up where I can feature the books I'm hoping to read over the following week. Let me know your thoughts on my choices!

I've actually put aside Briar Rose for now because I wasn't really enjoying it. I'll probably go back to it when I'm feeling a bit more motivated. In the mean time I picked up The Maze Runner which I've been dying to read for so long! And it is SO good so far.
Books finished:
Books reviewed:
All Our Yesterdays by Cristin Terrill
Slated by Teri Terry
Going Vintage by Lindsey Leavitt
Won:
Briar Rose by Jana Oliver
I mentioned this last week but my copy arrived in the post this week, so I wanted to post a picture! The cover is gorgeous <3 Thanks MyKindaBook!

Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
Macmillan's Children's Books announced that they'd be publishing Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell this week, but before they revealed it they tweeted clues to who the author was and asked people to guess. I managed to guess right and won a free e-book copy of Fangirl, yay! I'd heard such amazing things about the author and had been waiting for this book to come out. I had to start it straight away and I've already finished it. My review goes up next week! (I really, really loved it <3)
I also won a giveaway on Twitter run by Egmont for BZRK and BZRK: Reloaded by Michael Grant. Super excited to read these. Will post a picture when they arrive. Thanks EgmontUK!

Geek Girl by Holly Smale
This has been on my Amazon wishlist since before it was released I think! I've been dying to read it, and it came up as a Kindle Daily Deal this week and I squealed a lot.
Library books:
Unravelling by Elizabeth Norris
Parallel by Lauren Miller
Went to have a look round the library book sale this week. Didn't buy anything but ended up taking out two books whilst I was there! They were two books I'd been wanting to read for ages so I just couldn't resist when I saw them on the shelves.
For review:
4 to 16 Characters by Kelly Hourihan
This was available to read now on NetGalley and sounds like just my thing. It's written through emails, Facebook posts, Tumblr post etc. I love books written in quirky ways like that. Thanks to Lemon Sherbet Press and NetGalley!
Kindle freebies:
Waterfall by Lisa Tawn Bergren
The World of Divergent: The Path to Allegiant by Veronica Roth
The Cypher by Julian Rosado-Machain
As always, these were free when I got them but may not be free now. The Divergent extra was a pre-order so looking forward to seeing what it is when it comes out!

This is a new part of my round up where I highlight the books I'm hoping to read over the coming week. Whether I actually stick to them is yet to be seen! I recently started a TBR jar for the books I own so I can use my round up to post what book was pulled out. I let my friend pick one out for me this week so you can blame her for that choice!
Resist by Sarah Crossan - for review
Skulk by Rosie Best - for review
Twilight by Stephanie Meyer - from the TBR jar!

I'm glad The Maze Runner is good. I'm very nervous to start it because of all the hype.
