September's Book of the Month!

It's the start of October (already?!) which means it's time to look back on September's reviews and choose a book of the month! This is where I choose one of my top rated books that I've read during that month (not necessarily released that month) and shower it with more praise. So, drum roll please... September's book of the month is...

A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness and Siobhan Dowd!

What can I say about this book?! It was breathtaking. Beautiful, magical and dealing with the most sensitive of subjects in an incredibly powerful way. It's an absolute must read. You can find out what I thought of it in depth in my review right here.
